A rapidly growing medical device start up is in dire need of the support of an experienced Recruiter or Talent Aquisition Specialist. As the only inhouse Recruiter, you play a mission critical role in managing and maintaining the recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy for this organization. If you enjoy working closely with hiring managers, have excellent calendaring and interview scheduling abilities and believe in reforming the candidate experience, this role is for you!

 

What your day to day will look like:

  • Partner with hiring teams in Administration, Marketing and Engineering to manage the overall candidate experience
  • Work with vendor partners to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Schedule complex, multiple candidate interviews on a daily basis
  • Act as recruitment point-of-contact for all onsite interviews, own the candidate experience by greeting, escorting and orchestrating all candidate interviews
  • Work with hiring managers to write compelling and creative job ads, modify job descriptions and maintain job boards
  • Continual maintenance of ATS (Lever)
  • Assist with various administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or People Operations experience
  • Previous experience working with Lever is a must
  • Proven background in developing Talent Acquisitions
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Strong calendar management, organization and follow through
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and tools
  • Ability to change direction quickly when faced with change
  • Exhibits grace while under pressure and amidst frequent disruptions
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Bonus points for Start-Up or Med Device Industry experience!
