Talent International is now working with an awesome company in the Los Angeles area! We are searching for a Director of Sales!

As Sales Director with our client you will be challenged to win with one of the most respected ad networks. You will be provided with very strong sales support, campaign management, and an awesome publisher network. 

An ideal candidate will need to be energetic, dynamic, and thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will need to excel at bringing in new business trough advertising agencies. You will be managing key clients through day-to-day contact and ensuring that they consistently receive awesome customer service. 

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies
  • Engage agency decision makers at all levels
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments
  • Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
  • Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
  • Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
  • Develop winning selling strategies and proposals
  • Accurately forecast revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7+ years progressive online experience
  • 5+ years' experience calling on online advertisers
  • In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers and agencies
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
  • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
  • Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
  • Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
  • Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
  • Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
  • Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base
  • Agency Background is preferred
