Do you want to work on a platform solution that benefits leading companies in healthcare, financial services and retail? As a Product Manager you will partner with business, technology and engineering counterparts to create compelling product strategies, build product roadmaps and deliver high-quality experiences that drive business growth.

what you'll do
  • Serve as a product owner, leader and motivator on a cross-functional engagement team working to develop new products and make improvements to existing applications.
  • Lead all aspects of product line success, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, writing feature specifications, and working closely with sales, client services, engineering, user experience, visual design, manufacturing and finance to ensure product goals are met.
  • Collaborate strongly with cross-functional management to successfully get new project ideas on the roadmap.
  • Hands-on product development from concept through delivery with a cross functional team to deliver against an aggressive timeline. Work closely with engineering to balance technical, product and business trade-offs.
  • Deliver written product requirements and use cases with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Collaborate and maintain regular communication to refine requirements and provide project status updates.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis. Drive user insights and ties those insights to business plans and product roadmaps.
  • Anticipate and resolve resource gaps, obstacles and timing issues. Ensure efficient use of company's resources cross-functionally.
  • Collect and analyze key business metrics. Use this data to support the prioritizing and definition of project initiatives, as well as determine the successful deployment and adoption of features.
what you should know
  • 2+ years of product management, systems consulting, or analyst experience working with complex software applications and systems. 
  • Passion for bringing innovative new products to market and creating great user experiences.
  • Motivated, creative, collaborative and results oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced product development environment with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to influence peers and managers while dealing with ambiguity.
  • High competency and knowledge in software engineering, product development, and general business processes.
  • Experience writing technical requirements for software systems.
  • Solid understanding of the systems development lifecycle and basic project management.
  • Experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at various stages of completion and motivating and driving teams to success.
