User Experience Designer
We are seeking a UX Designer as contractor to play a key role in defining the experiences that end users, channel partners, Sales, and Marketing, have with product.
In this role, you will be designing important data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. These include business intelligence (BI) visualizations (Microstrategy) that are used by top-level executives, customer success managers, sales reps, marketing partners, and development team.  You will have a strong influence hand in crafting the interaction design for these visualizations. Your great data visualization work in this role will lead the final product which will be used by sales and marketing to look at analytics of different products sold across USA.

To be considered for this role, you should have the following work experience/skills:
Key Skills and Experience Desired:
  •          3-5 years as an interaction designer, information designer, or related job.
  •          Strong experience in data visualization include business intelligence (BI) visualizations (such as Tableau, Microstrategy, OBIEE, Qlik extra).
  •          The ability to communicate design concepts both verbally and in writing to engineering and product stakeholders.
  •          A clear understanding of the impact of user research and usability testing, and demonstrable effects of user research and usability testing in your designs.
  •          Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  •          Experience receiving and incorporating feedback and constructive criticism.
  •          Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work and interface with all levels of management - negotiating and influencing to build consensus.
  •          Ability to work within a design system and, ideally, experience in influencing, changing, or contributing to the design system.
  •          Researching and analyzing industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies.
  •          Create and revise information architecture documents and diagrams including but not limited to: content diagrams, content maps, wire frame diagrams, comprehensive diagrams and static prototypes.
  •          Directing ongoing usability testing and assessment.
  •          Working with client and project teams to complete the information architecture and interface development processes for new production projects including site map, wire frame layout and template development/testing (browser and platform compatibility) while maintaining quick page load times.
  •          Conduct & Facilitate requirements, design, and implementation reviews.
  •          Review user adoption of deliverables and acceptance testing.
    •          Presenting all documentation to internal teams and clients.
